๐Ÿ’ฏ Notre Dame from end zone to end zone

Purdue nailed a field goal with 1:13 left in the first half to keep it a two-possesion game at 28-16, but then Jadarian Price took the ensuing kick 100 yards for a touchdown to put the Fighting Irish up 35-16. ๐ŸชŸ Afternoon window recap

As we get into the late slate, let's take a look at the best the afternoon window had to offer:

No. 21 Michigan 30, Nebraska 27

No. 21 Michigan faced a tough road test in Nebraska, as the Huskers fought until the very end but ultimately came up just short of the upset. Without head coach Sherrone Moore, the Wolverines struggled to pull away, with their biggest lead being 10 points. Nebraska mounted a late comeback effort, pulling within three points after a touchdown with 1:34 to go. But Michigan was able to run the clock out and escape Lincoln with a win. Michigan RB Justice Haynes led the way with 149 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries. His score in the second quarter marked his third 50+ yard TD run this season:

No. 11 Oklahoma 24, No. 22 Auburn 17

Jackson Arnoldโ€™s return to Oklahoma proved to be unceremonious. The former Oklahoma QB Jackson Arnold tried to lead the No. 22 Tigers to a road win over No. 11 Oklahoma, but the Sooners had other plans. Oklahomaโ€™s defense came up big, sacking Arnold a school-record 10 times. Oklahoma QB John Mateer led the Sooners with 271 passing yards and a passing touchdown. But his best moment came as they were trailing late in the fourth quarterโ€”the Sooners marched down the field with a six play, two-minute drive, punctuated by a nine-yard rushing TD from Mateer to take the lead.

The Oklahoma defense kept pace on the next Auburn drive, sacking Arnold twice and adding a safety to pull ahead by seven.

Syracuse 34, Clemson 21

After a lightning delay pushed this game back, Syracuse takes down Clemson in Death Valley, 34-21. Syracuse owned the line of scrimmage early, rushing for 123 yards and outgaining Clemson 303-240 in the first half. Syracuse QB Steve Angeli had a solid outing, throwing for 244 yards and two touchdowns before leaving the game with a lower leg injury. WR Justus Ross-Simmons caught two TD passes on five targets, including the gameโ€™s opening score.

Clemsonโ€™s 1-3 start is now its worst in program history as its playoff hopes are all but dissolved.

๐Ÿช“ Wild sequence before an FCS halftime

You have to see this wacky punt from the UIW-NAU game.

Okay, now that that's out of the way, you have to see what Northern Arizona did a few plays later right before halftime. A Hail Mary! That's now two today.

๐Ÿ‘€ Oklahoma scores on a trick play

We've seen a bunch of crazy trick plays already today, and Oklahoma just gave us another wild one. WR Isaiah Sategna pretended to head to the Oklahoma sideline, and Auburn didn't see him before the ball was snapped, leaving him wide open for the Sooners TD.

๐Ÿคฏ Michigan-Nebraska is insane at half

This is not your regular 17-17 game. The game was first tied 10-10, then Michigan running back Justice Haynes burst through for a 75-yard touchdown.

Then Nebraska got the ball with a chance to tie it before halftime. That's when quarterback Dylan Raiola attempted a Hail-Mary pass. The ball floated into the end zone. And down game Barney with the ball!

๐Ÿ˜ฑ Just like they drew it up

On par with a crazy Saturday in college football, the trick plays continue!

Ball State receiver Qian Magwood connected with quarterback Kiael Kelly in a 19-yard touchdown pass. Yes you read that right - cutting the UConn lead 10-7.

ANOTHER surprise scheme from Purdue featured a fake punt by Jake McCallister. The 10 yard keeper by the punter converted the first down for the Boilermakers.
