Denver tops Michigan in OT in Frozen Four behind Carter Savoie's goal
The 2022 Frozen Four came to a close with Denver taking down Minnesota State in the title game. This is the Pioneers' ninth national championship in program history.

- Denver beat Michigan 3-2 in OT in the first semifinal behind a Carter Savoie goal.
- Minnesota State defeated Minnesota 5-1 in the second semifinal.
- Denver scored five goals in the third period to take down Minnesota State 5-1 to win its first title since 2017.
