Behind a historic shooting night from Olivia Miles, No. 17 TCU stunned No. 12 Baylor on the road to extend its winning streak over the Bears. Just behind her in another impressive display was Mikayla Blakes' 34-point night to secure the home victory for No. 5 Vanderbilt over No. 4 Texas.
Miles’ career-best game powers No. 17 TCU past No. 12 Baylor
Olivia Miles set a new career-high with 40 points an explosive offensive performance in the Horned Frogs’ road win over No. 12 Baylor, 83-67. Miles becomes the first player in program history to score 40 points against a ranked opponent and the first DI women's basketball player in 25 years to make 10 threes on the road against a ranked opponent.
She did this on the road against the No. 1 three-point defense in the country, Miles could not miss from deep, making 10-of-20 from beyond the arc. After a 10-point first half, she turned it on in the second, dropping 23 points in the third quarter alone, including seven triples.

Marta Suarez also tied her career high with 27 points on 10-of-18 shooting in a dominant showing from the Horned Frogs.
TCU has now won four games in a row against Baylor. The Horned Frogs had previously lost 37 in a row to the Bears dating back to 1991.
Vanderbilt gets a dominant Top-5 home victory over Texas
The No. 5 Commodores delivered a statement win in Nashville, rolling past the No. 4 Longhorns 86-70.
Vanderbilt seized control in the third quarter, stretching a double-digit halftime lead into a 20-plus point advantage — the first time this season Texas had trailed by that margin. Mikayla Blakes led the charge with 34 points, eclipsing the 30-point mark for the fourth straight game as the nation’s leading scorer continues to scorch her opponents. Aubrey Galvan chipped in with 18, eight rebounds and five assists.

Blakes repeatedly attacked off the dribble and sealed the win at the free-throw line in, going 13-of-15 from the charity stripe. The victory marked the Commodores’ first season with multiple top-five wins since 2000-01.
