Raegan Beers, Oklahoma
Oklahoma junior center Raegan Beers had back-to-back 30-point outings as the Sooners rolled to a pair of victories last week.
Beers dominated in wins over Vanderbilt and Arkansas, averaging 30.0 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists. She became the first Sooner since Courtney Paris in 2007 to record back-to-back 30-point games. The 6-foot-4 post shot 85.2% (23 of 27) from the field, including connecting on three of her shots behind the 3-point line. from beyond the arc. She also became the first player nationally in at least 25 seasons to post two games in a single week with 30 points, seven or more rebounds and 80% shooting.
In Oklahoma's 20-point win over Vanderbilt (101-81), Beers set the tone early, scoring 14 first-half points en route to a career-high 30. She shot 11 of 13 from the field and 8 of 11 from the free-throw line while adding a season-high 14 rebounds, a career-best four assists and two blocks. She became the first Southeastern Conference player to post that stat line since All-American Angel Reese in 2022.
She followed up with another dominant performance in Oklahoma’s 40-point rout at Arkansas (94-54) — the program's largest conference win in over a decade. Beers matched her career high with 30 points, shooting 12 of 14 from the floor and knocking down a career-best three 3-pointers. She added seven rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block.
On the season, Beers leads Oklahoma in scoring (17.5), rebounding (8.9), and blocks (1.1) per game. The center is on pace to become the first player since at least 1999 to average 17.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in under 22.0 minutes per game.
Oklahoma (21-6, 9-5 SEC) next heads to Florida on Thursday, before returning to Norman to play Alabama on March 2 in the final game of the regular season.
Maggie Doogan, Richmond
Richmond junior forward Maggie Doogan delivered two dominant performances against George Washington and VCU to notch the Spiders' 14th-consecutive victory and the program's second straight Atlantic 10 Conference regular-season title.
Doogan was unstoppable in Richmond's 67-57 win over George Washington on Feb. 19, leading the Spiders with 26 points on an efficient 9-of-12 (75 percent) shooting performance. She was lethal from beyond the arc, hitting 4-of-6, and perfect from the free-throw line (4-of-4). She also secured her 10th career double-double with 11 rebounds while adding three assists and a block.
She followed the game against George Washington with another stellar outing in Sunday's 68-55 road win at VCU, pouring in a game-high 33 points on 12-of-16 shooting. She knocked down 3-of-5 from three-point range and was perfect from the line (6-of-6). In addition, she contributed six rebounds, four assists, and two blocks to help the Spiders secure the victory.
For the week, Doogan led the A-10 with 29.5 points per game while adding 8.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.5 blocks. She was remarkably efficient, shooting 75% from the field, 63.6% from three-point range and 100% from the free-throw line.
The Spiders, 24-5 overall and 15-1 in A-10 play, will next play Davidson at home on Feb. 26.
Prencis Harden, Kennesaw State
Kennesaw State senior forward Prencis Harden posted 53 points and 24 rebounds last week as the Owls split a pair of games. Harden has now achieved a Conference USA-best 15 double-doubles this season.
Harden’s impressive week began with a 39-point outing at UTEP on Feb. 20, with Kennesaw State winning 68-56. It was the most points in a single game by a C-USA player this season. She also had 14 rebounds and went 13-for-14 from the free throw line. In that contest, she also surpassed 1,000 career points.
Against New Mexico State on Saturday, she had 14 points with 10 rebounds in a 61-57 setback.
For the week, Harden shot 50% from the floor (18-for-36) and 17-for-22 from the free throw line.
The Owls, 10-16 overall and 5-10 in C-USA play, will next return home to play Florida International on Feb. 27.
Diamond Johnson, Norfolk State
Norfolk State graduate guard Diamond Johnson averaged 22 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.5 steals and 2.5 assists over two wins last week over Delaware State and Coppin State.
In a 92-44 win over Delaware State on Feb. 17, Johnson recorded 31 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals. She followed with 13 points, nine rebounds, seven steals and two assists at Coppin State on Feb. 22 in a 76-54 win.
On Monday, Norfolk State defeated Morgan State 90-46, as Johnson again led the way with 22 points, adding four rebounds, four assists and three steals to her totals. She also shot an impressive 10-of-15 from the field (66.7%).
Norfolk State, 24-4 overall and 11-0 in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, will next play at South Carolina State on March 1.
Riley Weiss, Columbia
Columbia claimed sole possession of first place in the Ivy League as sophomore guard Riley Weiss scored a career-high 34 points in a 64-60 road win at Princeton on Saturday.
The win improved Columbia to 19-5 overall and 10-1 in Ivy play. It also earned the Lions their first regular-season sweep over Princeton since 2008 and ended Princeton's 30-game home winning streak, which was the longest active streak in the country.
Weiss scored 16 in the fourth quarter to rally the Lions to victory. Entering the final period trailing by six, Columbia went on a 13-0 run to take a 51-44 lead. Weiss netted the final 10 points of that run. Weiss ended the night 11-for-21 from the field, 5-of-11 from deep and a perfect 7-for-7 at the foul line, adding three rebounds, a pair of assists and a pair of steals. All seven of those free throw attempts came in the fourth quarter, when the Lions went 11-for-11 as a team.
Columbia plays each of its final three regular-season games at home, beginning with back-to-back Ivy opponents this Friday and Saturday against Brown and Yale.
